Cha cha, Charleston, and pony your way up, down, and over the step for 20 minutes of cardio with attitude. Kolber cues superbly and progresses quickly from slightly complex to very complex, adding segments to a rapidly growing pattern. You need to be an experienced stepper for this workout--the instructor presumes that you know what "over the top," "corner to corner," and other typical step terminology mean. You also need to be a choreography enthusiast--Kolber packs a lot of multistep choreography into half an hour. She is accompanied by a woman and a man who help demonstrate. The artsy, constantly moving cameras and flashing graphics behind the instructor can be distracting when you're first learning the moves.
