I am reordering this video because my old one got misplaced. This video is the "bomb" for strengthening and toning one's lower body to include glutes, hamstrings, quads, and even hits a little bit of the calf sufficiently. I also found it invaluable after having a major knee operation and needing a safer alternative to strengthening my legs before progressing to strength training via weights. It is also a great cardiovascular workout if do even at least two of the workout segments back to back. This a great warm-up to your weight training session or can serve as the ultimate 20 to 30 minute workout when combining multiple segements together. Doing all three segments together may leave you with little in the "tank" if you want to weight afterwards less you well conditioned. If you do this tape consistently you "WILL" get results and it requires no free weights or step devices. Just make the space in a room and you are you are up and breathing - hard! I have been doing this tape for four years and am overjoyed now that I have found it again via my order here on this site. Thank you.

You will feel the burn, May 13, 2005

I love this tape, The moves are not that hard and they work wonders, after only a couple of weeks I see and feel the results.The instructor has a great was of easing you thru the excercises and you feel great at the end, I am ordering a spare copy just in case something happens to my current copy, the only other leg workout tape that gives such wonderful results is the cher fitness tape , I highly recommend that one also
