5.0 out of 5 stars These are kicking my tush!
I recieved the green and white inspires as a gift last weekend, and my hips and tush can feel it! I was skeptical, who wouldn't be, but they really do work! I also took mine on a long enough walk to our town trails, and stepped on rocky roads and twigs with no problems at all....
I am thrilled with the design also, this colorway compliments the subtle accents,...

1.0 out of 5 stars UPDATED REVIEW - NOT GOOD!
Let's face it, there are no miracle cures for our flabby muscle tone, but if a shoe can help, I'm all for it. Personally, I love sneakers and I dislike wearing shoes. I am an on the go mom, but I do sit at my computer way too much! I bought these with high hopes and I love them!

1.0 out of 5 stars UPDATED REVIEW - NOT GOOD!, November 24, 2009

Let's face it, there are no miracle cures for our flabby muscle tone, but if a shoe can help, I'm all for it. Personally, I love sneakers and I dislike wearing shoes. I am an on the go mom, but I do sit at my computer way too much! I bought these with high hopes and I love them!

Day 1: First impression was that they were a comfy walking shoe....but I didn't really feel anything different.
Day 2: Hmm...my legs are a little sore...this is ALL GOOD!!! I love that feeling!
Day 3: I did a bit more walking than usual and this morning, I can feel it in my muscles!

I have to add as a side note, these shoes also make me stand up straighter!

Buy with confidence and give the product a chance! Again, there are no miracle cures, but so far, I love them and would love another pair!!

UPDATE:

Now that several months have passed, I feel the need to update my review with additional information. This sneaker did not "wear well" at all. I began experience knee and hip pain. I couldn't understand why. I switched out of these and went back to regular sneakers and all was fine. By looking at the shoe, you can see the wear and how I have been walking uneaven for several weeks now! HUGE disappointment!

5.0 out of 5 stars This Really Work!, July 12, 2009
I've had these shoes a couple of weeks. I walk about 8 miles a week, and I can feel the difference in my calves while walking. In addition, they are very comfortable. I don't feel off-balance as I did with the Sketchers toning shoes. Great pair of shoes that work your calves while you walk.

4.0 out of 5 stars If You Have Realistic Expectations You Will Love These Shoes, December 1, 2009

If you expect these shoes to miraculously make you lose weight just by wearing them from the house to the car then don't waste your money, not going to happen. However if you are committed to an exercise regimen that includes a fair amount of walking these shoes will definitely help you kick the intensity up a notch or two. On my regular 45 minute walk I felt the difference on the first day, especially walking uphill. The shoes are comfortable and supportive; the look is also a plus, they do not appear overly large or strange looking. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not working for - somewhat, November 7, 2009
By
I purchased my shoes on another site but feel compelled to review here as well. I have been wearing these shoes for days and I feel nothing. I have a high level of fitness so these shoes may not have been built for someone like me (even though the tv commercials depict someone with my same build wearing them). I have had them for about 5 days and the balance pods are already flattening out; I weigh 125 lbs. They are not comfortable but I do like the way they look; I got the black and pink ones. Pretty expensive shoes that don't do me a bit of good.

**Addition**
I do feel something in my calves and my feet are really sore from wearing these all day yesterday. Nothing further up my legs but it makes sense that my feet are sore since I am using the muscles in a different way. Maybe in time I will feel it further up my legs as the muscles strengthen in my feet and calves. So maybe everyone's results are different. They do hurt my feet after hours of wear but hopefully in time it will go away. I feel more now that the pods have loosened up which again makes sense, maybe the shoes need to mold to your body and walking style. I still am not converted yet to the claims....but I did want to add I felt some results.

2.0 out of 5 stars Easy Tone not So Easy, August 2, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Spending that kind of money on a hyped up sneaker hurts when it doesn't live up to the hype. I walk over an hour every day and nothing changed except the inside of the sneaker. it wore away in no time and now I am out over [...]100 buckeroos. I have been wearing Reboks for over 20 years and I am sorely disappointed in these sneakers...

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome!, November 22, 2009
I've only had these shoes for 1 day and I already feel it in by toosh. I don't know how it works either because it feels just like any other shoe so I really didn't think it was going to work but trust me, it does! It feels like walking with a wide, flat balloon under the ball of your foot. It's great if you have any problems with your toes because it literally takes all the pressure off your toes.

If you're purchasing them online, the sizes are pretty much the same as other tennis shoes. I usually wear size 8.5 to 9 and the 8.5's fit me perfectly. They do run a little on the narrow size so if you've ever purchased tennis shoes in wide-width, I would highly recommend getting the $110 ones in wide-width.

1.0 out of 5 stars HURT MY BACK, February 1, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I was so excited to get these shoes for Christmas. I wore them during my regular walking routine (3 miles/5 days/week). After the first week, my back felt like it had a pinched nerve - alot of pain. My chiropractor made an adjustment and I was better in a couple of days. Put the shoes back on, walked, started my daily routine with shoes on. I noticed my pain was coming back - I took the shoes off - back pain subsided in couple of hours. I have not put the shoes back on and I have not had anymore back pain since going about regular and exercise routine with my regular walking shoes. I also noticed if wore the EasyTones for extended time in the day my toes would get numb.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not for wide feet!, June 3, 2010
I bought these last spring. I only wore them a couple of times and I recently dug them out of my closet. However, I cannot wear these for much more than taking my dog around the block. If I try to wear them for actual walking, they make the bottoms and sides of my feet burn/tingle. I have wide feet, and these are clearly not for wide feet. I'm aware they make a version now for wide feet, but when I bought these when they first came out, they didn't have wide versions available, nor had anyone reviewed them. Obviously, since these hurt so much to wear, I haven't been able to see a difference in my muscle tone, nor do I feel like these make my muscles work harder. Also, my heels keep slipping out of the back of the shoes. I wouldn't recommend these if you have wide feet. I'm curious about the wide version, but I'll stick to regular walking shoes from now on. These were a waste of good money.

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of money, May 28, 2010
These are the worst shoes ever. I got those today and at first when I walked in them around the house they seemed ok, so I went to the park to walk/run and I thought my feet were going to fall off before I make it back to my car. After 10 minutes of walking, my feet started hurting so bad, the pain was excruciating. My muscles did not feel any different, just lots of pain in the bottom of my feet.
