5.0 out of 5 stars Fits my needs perfectly (and look nice to boot)!
Unlike other reviewers, I only walk on the paved road or the treadmill, so I cannot speak to any problems on other surfaces or to any problems with Reebok customer service. I can only tell you that in my experience, these babies work very well. I typically overlook the hype on "health" shoes, but I read a very nice article where the testers took several different types...

Unlike other reviewers, I only walk on the paved road or the treadmill, so I cannot speak to any problems on other surfaces or to any problems with Reebok customer service. I can only tell you that in my experience, these babies work very well. I typically overlook the hype on "health" shoes, but I read a very nice article where the testers took several different types and gave them a go. These shoes rated so high that I decided I needed to see for myself. The very first day I took them out, I noticed right away that there was a very different feel to walking in them. While it is not exactly like it, it feels similar to walking in sand. I thought it was comfortable, but I did not feel like I had been working places not normally worked, until the next morning. When I woke up it was obvious I was a little sore in certain areas and that obviously these places were not getting much of a workout at other times. I purchased the black pair - a break from my usually white trainers - and am pleased to say that they look rather nice with my typical workout gear. I can also wear them to the grocery without any worries that my style has suffered. I have had them a few months now, and I certainly feel they were worth every penny as I have seen the results myself.

4.0 out of 5 stars So far I am pleased, July 20, 2009
This review is from: Reebok Women's EasyTone Go Outside Training Shoe (Apparel)
I received these shoes in the mail today and just went out and walked two miles in them on a paved road. They are very, very comfortable. I like the cushioned ankle support and the airy feeling each step has. I don't feel like they have worked anything yet but as another reviewer said, she didn't feel anything until the next morning, so I'll see how that goes. So far, however, I think these are great shoes.

December 26th 2009 UPDATE
I have worn these shoes when I walk over the past 3 months and havent seen any actual difference in my muscle tone. However I still agree with the fact that they are really cool looking and extremely comfortable. I consider myself an active person and may be "too advanced" for these shoes I guess. But I'd still recommend them. I'm dropping my rating from a 5 to a 4 only because I saw no actual difference in my muscle tone.

3.0 out of 5 stars Love these but be careful!, August 18, 2010

I bought these in May. Loved the style and the fit. They were truly the most comfortable sneakers I have ever bought - plus the workout benefits. Mostly I could feel extra burn when I walked a lot during the day - but especially when I walked a lot of stairs. I wore them for about 2 weeks to work and around town. Then made the mistake of working out in them. They warn you not to run or do extensive exercise - they are for walking. And they are right. I promptly broke my 4th metatarsal on my left foot while running on the treadmill. I have never had any foot injuries or broken bones before so I was pretty surprised! Despite that, I still love them and if I had worn them for walking only I would have been OK. Hopefully I will get to use them again someday!

1.0 out of 5 stars Owned 2 months and shoe fell apart, June 3, 2009
This review is from: Reebok Women's EasyTone Go Outside Training Shoe (Apparel)
Granted I walk in them daily but its on paved park trails. The shoes started developing a small hole on the heel eventually the support broke down. Now I have two big holes in the back of both heels and blisters daily, I've had other walking/runninng shoes last for years and endure more (traveling abroad) and never had a problem like this. The shoes are really cheap and not worth the $$$. I guess they toned my legs better than a regular walker however for 99.00 and something that lasts two months it wasnt worth it. Do lunges while you walk you get the same result. I'm 5'3" and 118 and I walk about 7 to 9 miles a day in them. tried to return and i was told to contact reebok because it was past 30 days.

5.0 out of 5 stars Reebok easy tone sneaker, October 30, 2009

This shoe is marvelous. Very comfortable and easy on the eye. I will most definitely purchase another pair. The bottom of the shoe gives a tremendous amount of support. I would recommend this shoe to any one who prefers a decent work out shoe.

1.0 out of 5 stars not worth the money., July 13, 2010
This review is from: Reebok Women's EasyTone Go Outside Training Shoe (Apparel)
I purchased these shoes 2 months ago and noticed as i was walking yesterday that the middle ball on the bottom of one had completely deflated. I walk everyday so I expected that these would get some wear but not fall apart. sad! I will not buy these again.

The Reebok commercials are quite convincing about the benefits of these shoes and I had to try them for myself being an athlete junkie that I am. I found immediate comfort when I put these on my feet and can really feel the action of the stability balls on my muscles. This was especially evident after running 7 miles in an hour in another pair of shoes and then wearing these the next day. I can feel it working those muscles which are already tired-so I can feel it working. I also love the style too, I got the black w/khaki accents and I receive tons of compliments from both men and women alike. I'm going to buy another pair in a different color wave to go with more clothing.
