OMG ok ..so after trying to run one of my 3 miles ...i had to stop ..the back of the shoe .(both sides) was hitting the back of my heel ..(a little above like 1/2 inch) and it gave 2 huge painful blisters.) lets just say I wont ever wear these again .. =(

Decent shoe, however sole is paper thin and has NO support. I will be replacing them with a different pair of shoes.
