Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. I have normal-to-high arches in my feet, and have had a knee surgery (ACL repair) so I need a running shoe with good shock absorption. This shoe is one of the most "cushy" I've ever had. It supports my foot well and leaves me with no knee pain after I run. It took about 10 miles to get them broken in but now I don't want to take them off!

I bought these for work. At first they felt fine, but after several hours the arches become quite uncomfortable. They are just to high for me, I guess.
