A quality product
The product arrived i9n a timely fashion and was exactly as potrayed in the advertisement. We are well pleased.

liner missing
The silver chafing dish arrived on time, but in unpacking it there was no "ovenproof liner" (as described) included. This caused a frantic search for a pyrex bowl that would fit as the occasion was the next day. Could not find one that was ovenproof but did use a make-shift version.
