Hi I ordered these from one of the sellers who had excellent customer service. I just wanted to let people know that the flatware is NOT 18/10. It is 18/8. The box says 18/10 but the flatware is stamped 18/8.

I purchased settings for 8 of this sea shell design and I am pleased with both the design and the quality. I will be using them for every day. They seem a natural fit for life here in Florida. The seller shipped them super fast and well packaged with good communication about the shipment. I was extremely pleased with the seller and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends. This particular design is difficult to find and is often sold out when I did locate it or was priced higher than this seller has listed. There wasn't a single downside to this purchase. Great product, great seller.

The Reed & Barton Sea Shells flatware is an excellent buy - I bought eight place settings for my wife for Christmas, and she absolutely loved them. The sea shell pattern is enjoyable, just enough whimsy to make them interesting, while still remaining classy. The quality was excellent - not a mark or a blemish on any of the pieces. The 18/10 vs. 18/8 argument is not a big deal... I did a lot of research before buying, and the consensus I found among flatware experts was the benefit of 18/10 over 18/8 is negligible... the thing to avoid is anything rated 18/0.

When I bought the settings, it was through an "Amazon Associated Merchant" - and the price, as another reviewer mentioned, was an unbelievable $14.94 per place setting. I'm not seeing that listing come up anymore, but the merchant was called Repetoire. Their communication and customer service was phenomenal, and the shipping was quick. It'd be worth your time to seek them out - if you can find them on Amazon, they'd be the way to go!

I just ordered 8 place settings of Reed & Barton's Sea Shells flatware. I absolutely love it! I found them for an unbelievable price of $14.94 a place setting from Repetoir. They are beautiful, very good quality and a nice weight (heavier then most I have found). As for the shipper, the estimated time of delivery was 7 business days......I received them in 2!

The Reed & Barton Sea Shells flatware is gorgeous - substantial in weight and perfect in balance. A 100-year warranty from a nearly 200-year-old company never hurts, either!
