These are super sturdy and great for my son who is hard on his shoes. Seem like they will keep up with him for the rest of the year.

When I had decided to purchase this particular style, I clicked on the "Sizing info" link next to the size choice box. I very carefully followed the directions there, then used the measurements I made to reference against the sizing chart. From there, and partly against my own better judgement, I made my size choice thinking that I shouldn't have to guess at the right size, this precisely laid-out process should yield the correct size choice.

Well, I should have just guessed, because what I got were shoes that were about right for my neighbor's 2 year old instead of my 10 year old.

On the plus side they weren't expensive enough to make it worth the effort and cost to return them. So I gave them to my neighbor.

And luckily I was able to find something in a brick-and-mortar store that worked for the costume I was putting together for my son.

Maybe I'm just an idiot and followed the directions wrong, but I won't be buying shoes from Amazon again anytime soon. Maybe pictures with the different size shoes in the same frame as a clearly labeled ruler would be more useful than a giant table full of numbers that repeat themselves at arcane intervals and are best understood by shoe-industry professionals.

My son is very active and loves these! He can easily get them on and off and he finds them very comfortable. Reef has again made a good product.

We bought these for our son the summer he was 1. We ordered them big not knowing how toddler sandal sizing ran. He is still wearing them this summer at 2. They are very durable, made very well and have taken a year long beating from a very active 2 year old.

The sizing is true so order what you need. They will slip off if they are too big because they rely on the elastic band to hold them on. Toddlers do not know how to flex their toes to keep them on while stepping so I thought this ingenious.

Our whole family wears sandals most of the year and we rely on good quality. Reef has done it again.

My son had grew out of his reef sandal and I just can not find any in the mall and local stores. I went online and click, click, got the sandals two days after on my doorsteps. Very happy.

We bought the black version of these for my older son that lasted forever. Its nearly impossible to find these at the store (and we live in Southern California where flip-flops are the norm) so I was happy to find them online. Service was prompt and people give us compliments on them all the time. Highly recommended and they outlast the kids, which is exactly what we need!

The shoes were cute but the part that sticks between my sons feet was too thick. There was too much fabric for someone with little toes. It kept slipping out and the shoes would fall off. My son diid not like the way they fit so he kept taking them off. If reef would make the fabric less thick then they would be great shoes for infants.
