I bought these and wore them a while, but they seemed too big in every dimension. I stopped in at Florida's Ron Jon Surfshop, one of Reef's biggest retailers. The clerk told me that Phantoms run large and I should have purchased a size smaller rather than a size larger (as everyone else had told me). I wear a 9 1/2 and had bought a 10. Ron Jon had me try on a size 9 and they fit perfectly. Bottom line, the Amazon seller won't take them back because they have been worn, so I sent them to Reef to exchange for the right size. BTW the Ron Jon sales clerk told me that most Reefs are true to size, it is just the Phantoms that are too big.

These are the most comfortable flip flops I own. The fabric that's inbetween your toes is soft and casues no pain. Highly recommend these for superior comfort.

Okay, I have spent a lot of time looking for a good pair of everyday sandals. I have gone through birkenstocks, Uggs, columbia, sanuk, just to name a few. I finally gave Reef a chance and I am so glad I did. These are so comfortable and light. They look great too. They were a little tight when I first put them on, but now fit perfect. Somewhere I read about ordering a size larger and I think that is wrong. Break them in and your good to go. Sure these are not the dressiest of sandals, but I will stand next to anyone anywhere with pride. Okay! Okay! I am getting a bit excited here. You can't go wrong with Reef.

I've used these Reefs a lot and they've been great. The strap is very comfortable, even after having been soaked numerous times and dried out. The soles are really durable for the price and they are a nice pair of cheap sandals to have for beach trips.

My advise... wear these before purchase as I have found the overall size perfect except that the part of the sandal that goes between the toes is a bit tight and my heel tends to hang over the rear part of sandal because of the part between the toes is set back 1/4 inch to far thus I would require the next size sandal provided it isn't too large like BOZO shoes.

these were cheaper than in the store. i have walked on them for quite a while. im also a larger boy i weight 280lbs. my feet dont hurt walking on these they have not torn apart yet. took them to a wedding in hawaii and i enjoyed them.

This product is useless to me because the material used to make them make my feet smell disgusting. The fact that they are extremely comfortable only makes the situation that much more frustrating. The last time my feet smelled this bad off of a pair of flip-flops was when I bought some for 5.99 at Walmart. Had I known the quality of material is equivalent, I'd have ordered those again instead.

For prposes of clarification, I'm reviewing the men's sandals. The "Item being viewed" on my "create your review" page reads men's sandals but it says woman's sandals on my preview/edit page. A fitting end for my worst mistake on Amazon ever.

These filps are firm enough to offer support and soft enough for all-day wear. There was virtually zero break-in time. The price is completely reasonable for the comfort and the durability. The intended use is completely casual / beach, so if you're doing some intense walking or if you're in breaking surf, then a full-on sandal is recommended.

There were no ½ sizes, so my 10½ became 10, and it fits fine, so I recommend rounding down from your half size.

I bought a size 9 black for my boyfriend. he loved it. it looked expensive but still casual. it's his fav sandal now. buy it!
