This is an excellent tool for Missions committees and supportive individuals for missionaries. Too long, most of us have been in ignorance over the needs of our returning missionaries. After reading this book, your eyes will be opened to the needs and how to help meet those needs. A highly motivating book.

Doing reentry work with missionaries is a bit of an oxymoron. They are people strong enough and interested enough to leave the normal paths of life and travel alone. They can be expected to think returning home can be the same way. Fortunately many agencies do a better job than this on the way out and on the way home. If you are involved with helping these good folk adjust back to their own culture, this book is practical and invaluable.
