Product is the usual great Reese quality, but the shipping is substandard, the kit arrives with parts missing, and the box falling apart. I had to return the first one. The second one arrived in even worse condition, with bolts and washers dribbling out of the carton. Fortunately and amazingly, all the missing parts were on my driveway next to the carton. ! It is a very heavy item, and the original manufacturer's carton was not intended for this kind of shipping.
Amazon makes no provision online (that I can see) to report the shipping problem. All you can do is return it. I did not see a phone number where I could call to resolve the issue. Maybe I'm wrong, you might know the system better than me. I found it frustrating.
If you can put up with this, and are not in a hurry, the cost savings is considerable. If you are in a hurry, buy elsewhere.

Kit was complete with all brackets, bolts, rails and instruction guide. Fairly easy to install - instructions in package has good directions for most common pick-up styles.
Price was the best found both locally and on internet.

Good product I would say. I bought these rails to replace the Hidden Hitch rails I got in 2003 with one of their base model hitches. Turned out that the Hidden Hitch rails would almost, but not quite, match up with Reese hitches. For some reason Hidded Hitch omitted the outer rail slots to accomodate the wider Reese 5th wheel hitches. These Reese rails were relatively easy to install as replacements and now I can use both Reese and Hidden Hitch if need be.

I used this 4 a RBW 5th wheel hitch. I installed myself and it was a bear. But its all done and super solid. Yanked my 10,000 # 5er no problems.

Shopped around for the best price and found it right here at amazon will definitly use them for future purchases!

Purchased this for an older Little Rocker hitch. Worked great to mount in our 2006 Chevy P/U. First time to mount a fifth wheel hitch, let alone pull one and my hubby got it right the first time - followed the directions !!

I ordered a hitch with the install kit. Item arrived on-time, and at the time I ordered, this was the cheapest price on the internet. I had it delivered to my auto mechanic who installed this in the truck for me. The only complaint is that the bolt holding the head to the frame was missing. A quick call to Reese and it arrived the next day in the mail. Very happy with this product.

The slider on the hitch is great when maneuvering the trailer into tight corners. You can easily slide the hitch back away from the cab, allowing for an almost 90 degree turn. With the flip of a bar, the hitch will slide back to the towing position, allowing the weight to sit over your axels when driving down the road.

Easy to install. Good instructions. Exactly as advertised. Very happy with product.
