Trailer Jack,

Great little jack for the price, Makes my trailer tung go up and down with little effort. It takes a lot of cranking to move a little must be one hell of a reduction. I installed flat washers on top of the holes, tightened down the bolts into the frame, then installed a lock washer and nut on the bottom of the frame to double lock the jack in place. A little over kill but for a extra $.50 what the heck, right!

Great replacement jack,

I bought this jack to replace one that had failed on a small camping trailer. If you are purchasing a jack for an older trailer you should know that the newer jacks are slightly larger in diameter and I've found in several cases that the jacks will easily slide through the top mounting hole but not the lower hole. I've replaced jacks on two older camping trailers and in both cases ended up having to cut the lower hole to a larger size (with a torch) in order to make the jack fit.
After a few modifications to the lower hole on the trailer's coupler the jack slid right in and bolted down just fine. I am very supprised at how smooth the jack opperates and how quickly it raises and lowers (it seems to be geared right so that you aren't cranking 100 times to go up 4 inches). Overall I would highly recomend this jack, the price is good and the product does what it should.

Good product, but wish they provided diameter measurement. My RV trailer tongue hole is same diameter as ram, so the housing would not slide down to mounting flange.
I rated 4 of 5 star simply because details were not provided. All else was great.
