These oil paints are professional and quality-made. I have not found a price that compares at art stores. Shopping online for paints is the only way to go!

I went to Michael's to buy oil paints. I have never painted with oil paints before and really wanted to give it a try to paint some of my drawings, but i am 17 and broke and the cheapest one was $8 (the size of one of the paints in this package) i was discouraged then went online to find some affordable ones. I found these and was excited at how affordable they were so i went ahead and ordered them. I ordered them on Sunday and received them today, Thursday, i was so happy when i got home a few hours ago to a package on my porch. I opened the package and saw 12 decent sized paint tubes and (gasp) they had turquoise, my favorite color in the universe, i fell in love. I had a small canvas laying around and decided to test them out and was very pleased, i have never used oils before so i have no basis for comparison but they seemed very high quality and looked simply amazing. I will be buying again when I run out.

It is a great product. Good selection of colors and decent quality. Note this is a student grade which is fine for a beginner but if you are a professional you probably want something finer. I got this personally because I wanted to start oil painting and I made my first oil painting using this set. One important thing to note is that the white seems to go really fast! So best to get a nice big tube of titanium white with your paints (200 ml tube would be good choice). Other than that this is a terrific product. I bought two of these because of the price and they are working out just fine. I will try to add a picture of my first oil painting to show you how the colors look.

This was my first experience with oil paints, and I absolutely loved them! The tubes are relatively small, but they last a surprisingly long time; I have made 3 paintings and I still have quite a bit of paint left. They work great on canvas boards and the colors are so vibrant and beautiful! The shades included are very pretty, and the paint has a nice consistency and dries within a day or two. Keep in mind that these are oil based paints, so they will stain fabric (I learned that the hard way), but if you do get them on your clothes, try scrubbing the stain with a mineral spirit. Overall, a great product that I highly recommend!

A friend of mine loves to paint. I got her this set and she was thrilled. She usually doesn't use oil since she finds it harder to find good sets for a reasonable price but with these she said she planned to get them again.

I have a sister in law who takes painting classes and this was her xmas present. She said the paint is great quality and couldnt believe how cheap it was, she usually pays $6-7 each paint.

My daughter wanted to take up painting, and thus far Reeves oil color paint has fit the bill quite nicely. The colors look good, and seem to be of a real nice quality. I will be buying more of this paint in the future. It is an excellent buy, especially if you are a beginner.
