Reflections on 'Reflections',

This review is from: Reflections: A Guided Meditation (Audio CD)
Splendidly tranquil...soul soothing! For those who are new to meditation, this guided meditation gently transports you to deeper levels. For those who meditate regularly, this tool is a wonderful addition to your routine, with the combination of harp and voice calming your day. Enjoy!

There is nothing wrong with this CD, but it doesn't stand out to me as being one that I use over and over. I like more guided meditation. This one is just so-so.

Tami won't let you reflect,
By Alikay "Alikay" (USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Reflections: A Guided Meditation (Audio CD)
The use of a forceful, halting, overly enunciated speech pattern makes this a terrible disc for relaxation. None of the language seems to flow naturally from the speaker. Is she trying to "keep time" or end the spoken word before the harp solos? The first script leaves something to be desired, too. Harp music is nice, but the second track zaps you wide awake and the startling voice begins again. The music for track 2 is too active for drifting into peaceful place.
