A must for managers,

I love this book! I bought it right before I started a management position, and the advice was very helpful. I still go back every so often and read it for a little extra inspiration.The format is nice; it's broken down into mini-chapters with examples that paint a clear picture. It is a nice read - I couldn't put it down. This is an excellent book, suitable for new and experienced managers. If taken to heart and implemented, the advice contained in the book can definitely make any manager better. I've often thought of buying this book for some of my supervisors! I highly reccommend this book, for yourself or as a gift.
