What a treasure this little book is.
Parishioners from Dexter Street Baptist church give their first-hand memories of Dr. King and I completely enjoyed them. For history-buffs, there is information in here that is not commonly known about the era and for those of us who wish we could have sat in those pews and listened to Dr. King, this offers to us a glimpse of that.

This is indeed a must read. I thought I knew about Dr King and the happenings of that era. In retrospect I knew little and had no idea the true heart of Dr King. Truly a man of God and should be required reading in every American History class. Cecilia Miller
