Format: Paperback
This book addresses a very important issue facing today's organizations: cultural diversity. Though it was written in the 90s, its message definitely still applies- especially when thinking about the glass ceiling. Having said that... even though the content of the book is valid and interesting, this paperback is overpriced at $33. (The reason for only three stars.)
