I'm a professional Massage Therapist and Reflexologist and this chart is very good. I bought it to share with my students. Clear, easy to use, great colors. Excellent for everyone. One of the best.

I find this chart to be very accurate, and well worth the price. I just wish it were a little bigger.

This chart is a wonderful addition for self-healing to help with various aches and pains in the body. I experienced reflexology by a professional many years ago and after one treatment my back pain was completely gone. I couldn't believe it. Since then I do it on myself and it's not as effective but does help. This chart shows where to apply pressure and is a great resource. Plus I love the lamination protection.

Shows excellent photos of zones and lays flat for you to practice. Shows feet bottom and top and hands.

AWESOME reflexology quick guide for the feet! This is a GREAT companion to our reflexology book (which is just "black and white") because it is full color and EASY to find the areas you are trying to treat.

I was so surprised to see how well put together this laminated poster arrived. It's very easy to follow and I especially liked how it gave different views (ie. side view, top view, bottom view). It makes you feel that you can really do this...seems so easy and it really works too!

I found this a very handy chart. I bought the 3 chart offer with this chart, the acupressure, and trigger points chart as a bundle. Since I work in reflexology, acupressure, and muscle trigger points, this beats always paging through books when your need a quick reference. I would recommend these charts to any pratictioner.

I purchased this chart to go along with my foot RUBZ ball and found it was really easy to use. I liked it so much I got another as a gift for my Father. It is easy to read and nicely laminated. I liked that it has hands on the other side. It is a much better chart then those in my reflexology books. I would recommend this to anyone interested in reflexology.

I do foot reflexology massage and this is a great cheat sheet for me. There are so many pressure points in the foot, and it is very helpful for my own review!
