5.0 out of 5 stars a tremendous resource
This is the best book ever written on reflexology, bar none. It is filled with excellent practical advice. There are chapters on the meridians of the body and how they are connected to the hands and feet of a person. 1.0 out of 5 stars Worse than the internet
I am cleaning my room just now and decided to throw away this book. Only about 10% of the book contains any information about the reflex points (basic how-to not included). Internet is a much much better resource for the topic.

5.0 out of 5 stars a tremendous resource, June 23, 1999
By A Customer
This is the best book ever written on reflexology, bar none. It is filled with excellent practical advice. There are chapters on the meridians of the body and how they are connected to the hands and feet of a person. The author shows how the different organs and glands are connected to energy points in the hand and how these organs can be healed. There is an excellent chapter on detoxifying the entire body using reflexology. These techniques work very well. A persons health is the most important thing, no doubt about it. This book gives a very easy method to cure disease and it works great. Its a pity that more people do not know about this book and suffer terribly, all without need. They should learn to question things, especially the medical establishment and think for themselves. This book is worth every penny and more. A tremendous health resource.

4.0 out of 5 stars Helpful Introduction to Reflexology, August 17, 2002
By

This review is from: Hand Reflexology Revised & Expanded (Paperback)
I found this book to be a very good introduction to the subject of reflexology. Hand reflexology was appealing to me, because I couldn't imagine working with my feet in a self-help way. However, after reading Hand Reflexology, I was inspired to learn more about foot and body reflexology as well. Even though the book has that folksy, old-fashioned style of older self-help manuals, it does contain tons of really useful information and presents it in a clear, easy-to-read way. I've read many books on reflexology since first acquiring this one, and I still feel that this is one of the best.

I ordered this book from another supplier, it was never shipped! I ordered from this supplier and it was received in record time. For natural healing this is the book! Doctor visits are rare. I am a drug free and pain free senior citizen.

5.0 out of 5 stars God created our bodies to heal itself!, June 6, 2009

This wonderful book has given me the knowledge to stop pain in my neck that no specialist has been able to stop. Pain will try to flare back up but I use the reflex points and knock it out. My mom's arthritic hand has straightened out some and she said, my oh my, my skin has started to get softer. I have consistently worked on her hands for two weeks and she feels better and the "pain" clips from Stirling Enterprises have worked wonders. It is very user friendly!!!!!

Bought this for my 90 year old aunt and she swears by it. Every time she has a pain, she grabs this book and goes to work on her hand. It must work because she is fit and still driving.

I'm glad I found this book again. I loaned the first edition of this book to a friend and was not able to get it back. Reflexology worked then and it works now. I have used Reflexology for years--it really works. I truly believe in it!!!! I only wish I could find the chart it use to have in the beginning of the chapter.
