5.0 out of 5 stars Great video!
I have purchased several other Reflexology videos, and found that this one is the best out there- it really teaches you how to do the techniques- and it is great that it also shows reflexology for both the hands and feet. The handy reflexology chart that is included is beautifull!I would highly recommmend this to anyone!

2.0 out of 5 stars Too Basic
I found this video to be too basic to serve the needs of the professional massage therapist. I recommend instead A Complete Guide to Practical Reflexology by Melva Martin, N.D., M.Ed which provides a comprehensive tutorial on the principles of reflexology, and superb instruction on treatment technique.

5.0 out of 5 stars AN XCLNT, TOP OF THE LINE INSTRUCTIONAL REFLEXOLGOY VIDEO!, March 15, 2004
By A Customer
This is an excellent video, very, very straightforward, very thorough, easy to understand! The teacher Geri Diehl, is a great instructor. If you watch and study this video you will definitely learn how to give great reflexology massages for the hands and feet. It was such a great video, that I accidently purchased a second one, not knowing it at the time! Silly me!

Definitely one of the better instructional videos I have seen. Well worth the money for what you are getting. Goes through everything you need to know. Good quality video. Well put together.

I would highly recommend this video to anyone and everyone!

2.0 out of 5 stars Very Basic, February 27, 2003
As a massage therapist, I was looking for something more in-depth than this video. It is definately for the beginner, and gives info only on the bottom of the foot (the organs and glands) and the hands. It shows nothing about the top of the foot or ankle and what that corresponds to, and only once gives any warning about working certain areas of the feet.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent reference for massage and bodywork students, October 18, 2003
By A Customer
I found this video an easy learning aid for reflexology. It's to the point, very clear, and viewer friendly. It definitely helped me when I had to prepare for the National Certification Exam for Massage and Bodywork. I also used the following which was also excellent:
The Ultimate Study Guide for the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork: Key Review Questions and Answers (Volume 1), (Volume 2), and (Volume 3) by Patrick Leonardi
The type of questions in these 3 study guides were on the mark for what was on the test. I highly recommend these 4 books.
