great fridge thermometer but would also be useful for other functions. accurate and easy to use. like the alarm function (too high and too low temp alarms) as well as the displayed min-max recorded temps. mounted easily and securely to the side of the fridge with the included magnetic stickers. this is the same unit our hospital trusts for the blood storage refrigerators.
