This cartridge wouldn't work in my printer. It is the right size, but the printer would not recognize it - printer said it was empty and would not print. The price was great (except it appears to be money down the drain), and the shipping time was very quick.

I purchased the refurbished HP 78 ink, hoping to save some money. The first cartridge I received did not work properly. The yellow ink was not flowing. This caused everything I tried to print to come out in blue and red tones only, no yellows, greens, oranges, etc. This company worked with me quickly to send a replacement cartridge at no cost to me. They paid the return shipping, etc. The replacement cartridge seemed to be working at first, but now I notice the colors are still not quite right. I am not happy with my purchase, but I will probably continue to use this ink cartridge until it runs out.

Four REFURBISHED HP 78 INK CARTRIDGES (C6578DN) were recently ordered. NONE OF THE FOUR CARTRIDGES would print . . . no color at all. I would NOT recommend this product.

colors doen't seem to be as bright as originals,but other than that it is fine
