Refurbished AT&T E2120 Alarm Clock/AM&FM Radio Cordless Phone

Sometimes I get paged in the middle of the night and have to use the phone without turning the light on so I can let my wife sleep. Therefore, I was looking for a bedside phone that had a lighted number pad and an alarm. This refurbished, nice looking unit was dirt cheap and I took a chance on it. I love it. All of the phones in our house are the newer 5.8 Ghz phones and their sound quality isn't nearly as nice as this older 2.4 Ghz phone from AT&T. The operation is relatively simple and the night light has 3 setting. The radio works fine, but I only use it as an alarm. I couldn't find a better unit if I paid three times what I paid for this.

You'd never know this was refurbished--it's a nice little compact radio/phone combo. All digital. The phone has a pleasant ring tone. All the controls except volume are on the front, so they are easy to use. A press of a button switches AM/FM reception. Reception is very good. I wish it had a dual alarm. You can set the minutes for the sleep feature, which is supposed to remember your setting, but I haven't been able to figure that out--it resets to 90 minutes and I have to reset each time. Not a difficult thing to do. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.

The unit was nice and fit my needs BUT....the battery would not take any charge and the telephone would not function.I returned it for a refund. Too bad, because if was just what I wanted.

its the second time i buy something refurnished and i must say it works just like new i would not be afraid to buy anotgher refurbished product from amazon thx

This phone/clock radio has exactly the features I was looking for at a reasonable price and works perfectly.

Love the features, Clear easy to read display. Can't seem to get the message red button to stay off but think thats AT&T sending stuff all the time as thats what it has been everytime. Product looks good and radiuo has a good pick up..

Unfortunately, the hand held phone part was defective. I contacted the mfg and after their investigation they said to send everything in for a replacement. Curently, I am waiting to received the replacemnt. However, AT&T no longer makes a phone with a clock radio feature, so I am ending up with another speaker phone with a lot of extras that I'll never use to add to the four that I already have.

This story has a mixed ending but at least I am ending yp with something which isn't always the case for the buyer. Again, I think the seller acted in good faith and handled their part of it ok, but in hind site I should have checked around more and selected a differnt clock radio phone

I like the product. It does exactly what I need it to do. The only problem is that the clasp holding the receiver together broke off. Now I keep it together with a rubberband. It is too much trouble to send it back for a replacement. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

I ended up getting 2. The first one, wouldn't charge to get a dial tone on the phone, and the battery is discontinued. Shipped it back and the second one, the digital display on the clock radio, was defective and some of the numbers were missing on the display. After that, I sent it back and decided to get a different one. I must say though, Discount Jungle, the seller, was very cooperative both times I returned the defective merchandise. Would do business with them again.

I am totally satisfied with this phone/radio/alarm combo. It is everything I was looking for. I had no problem setting up my contacts or the clock radio. It does not take much room up on my nightstand. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for this type of combo.
