This is a refurb, so the downside is my Dell Photo924 does not recognize it properly and so it doesn't update the toner levels when you are printing.
However this does not cause a problem for me. The printer still prints great. I used a refurb last time and it lasted for a really long time. For the price, it's totally worth it. If you buy the toner from Dell you are going to pay a lot more. The downside: Toner levels don't update. The upside: The warnings are not invasive- Just ignore them! And you save lots of money.

We ordered this ink for our Dell (instead of a new cartridge)to try to save money. However, our printer will not recognize this cartridge so now we have to buy a new one anyway.

It Prints, But The Printer Will Not Read The Ink Levels So It Constantly Says It Is Out Of Ink. I Will Be Returning IT.
