This is a refurb, so the downside is my Dell Photo924 does not recognize it properly and so it doesn't update the toner levels when you are printing.

However this does not cause a problem for me. The printer still prints great. I used a refurb last time and it lasted for a really long time. For the price, it's totally worth it. If you buy the toner from Dell you are going to pay a lot more.

The downside: Toner levels don't update.

The upside: The warnings are not invasive- Just ignore them! And you save lots of money.

We ordered this ink for our Dell (instead of a new cartridge)to try to save money. However, our printer will not recognize this cartridge so now we have to buy a new one anyway.

It Prints, But The Printer Will Not Read The Ink Levels So It Constantly Says It Is Out Of Ink. I Will Be Returning IT.

An inexpensive Replacement cartridge for my Dell AIO printer that I use for printing copies for proofreading. I bought this because I go through a lot of ink while writing and it's about half of what I usually pay for Originals from Dell. The printer doesn't recognize the cratridge's ink level, which I can live with, but the ink itself isn't as dark so I can't use this for professional purposes. It works fine for printing most jobs, but I'll still have to keep a OEM cartridge around for those professional jobs.

I ordered LD Products "equivilent" for HP 56 & 57 ink cartridges. Neither substitute worked at all. I returned the cartridges several weeks ago for a refund. I still have not received a refund although I've gotten many excuses from LD, such as the items did not arrive, the items are lost, no one is available to answer my questions, etc.

In my opinion, LD is not a trusted seller because they have dropped the ball too many times and made too many lame excuses! Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
