The i-Fusion is the first rechargeable and truly portable speaker case system with docking station made exclusively for the iPod and iPod mini. Universal adapters custom fit any generation iPod or iPod mini with docking capacity.
Non-docking iPod's play as well using a stereo connector, included. The i-Fusion has been designed to hi-fidelity standards utilizing aluminum cone neodymium drivers for clarity, ported speaker housings and advanced Maxxbass technology for an enhanced bass response while minimizing distortion. The result is the best sound in its category.
The i-Fusion hard cover case has a number of functions. The case is a durable cover to protect your speaker system against the elements while traveling. Inside the case you will find a convenient pop open door that will serve as storage for any size iPod or iPod mini and a second storage compartment that houses the lithium ion battery and has room to store your earbuds. The net result is you have not only protected your system and your iPod but have downsized your travel items from three to one.
The hard case also serves as an audio enhancer. Our engineers chose the optimal materials, size and density of the hard case to encourage it to act as a speaker cabinet and further enhance the audio output relative to other portable speakers. The net result is a distinct and superior audio effect. The i-Fusion is truly a mini boom box with high fidelity sound.
All of the convenient electronic features have been added to the i-Fusion, including a premium three phase lithium ion rechargeable battery, auto standby power mode when idle, battery charge display lights, iPod 30 pin connector dock and 30 pin connector input for direct music transfer while docked, AC adapter and a 3.5 audio input for iPod 's without docking capabilities.

Saw it in a store for $149.95. Pleased to see it at Amazon for $89.95 (reburb). Arrived looking brand new, not a mark on it. Worked like a charm. Fills the whole room with great sound. Only downside is that the transformer will not fit into the "ear bud" stowaway compartment inside the case, so you have to tote the transformer along separately when you travel. But, the great sound and the design more than make up for that inconvenience.

I can't say enough good things about this product. It's the perfect portable for the pod. Sound quality is great.
Only two semi-drawbacks: 1) can't get good bass from it 2) no place to store the power cord while in transit

This unit packs a powerful punch, has great battery life, is light weight and has the sound quality that rivals many of the top brands in the speaker industry.
