Aluminum coffee maker starts brewing in seconds. Red light signals when coffee is done brewing. Holds serving temperature. The 840033 is light duty with a 2-prong plug, no glass gauge and is not NSF, while the other units have a 3-prong plug and are NSF. 120V, UL listed.

I bought this item based on the picture. The picture displays a Stainless Steel lid and see through glass reader as to whether or not the coffe is ready. What I got was an item that was a regalware but had a black lid and no glass reader. This is false advertising! The picture of what I selected and paid almost 75.00 for including shipping and handling was no where near the same quality of what was received. Then they will only pay for returns if they made the error. Next Day Gourmet has made a serious error in the advertisement of this product but takes no responsibility for paying on the return. This is not a company I would buy from again and find it very disappointing for all the effort I have had to go through due to this companies poor policies.

I bought the coffee urn by what amazon said, and showed... an aluminum urn, red light, but ( no glass gauge ) Wait a minute... the picture shows a glass gauge, a on button, warm buttom. It has a metal top but it has a black plastic top. The name on the urn is also different. I bought it from (Superior Products) I paid $ 61.00 including shipping-handling. I had no trouble returning the it, the Ups truck came the next day, and the operater said, my money would be returned.

I bought this coffee maker for our break room at work . has been doing fine ..holding up to each day of coffee drinkers .... I am sorry to hear the trouble with the previous reviewer .. didn't send mine back .. am am just settling with what we have .. but will probably find a different kind with better features next time
