Never again,
By
This review is from: Regency Set of 6 Sili-Cups, Pastel (Kitchen)
I received these baking cups as a gift and only used them because I did not have any paper liners. I will never use these again. The idea is interesting in theory, but the reality is that they are hard to peel from the cake. They do not stretch away from the cake enough to remove the cupcake/muffin easily and in one piece. My husband had cupcakes flying everywhere. They'd work if one were to use paper liners with them.

Cupcakes and mjuffins pop right out.,

I never use conventional baking pans and liners anymore for cupcakes and muffins. You just turn the cup upside down while holding your other hand palm-up underneath, and catch the cupcake or mufin as it pops right out. No sticking at all. No messy paper liners to deal with. And no waste of the cake or muffin bits that always stick to paper liners or baking pans. Clean-up is very easy, too. Just soak in soapy water and rub lightly. I have been using these cups for maybe three years now, and I love them.

Best Baking Cups Ever!,
This review is from: Regency Set of 6 Sili-Cups, Pastel (Kitchen)
I bought 2 dozen of these Sili-Cups about 4 years ago. I've used them several times, and have had perfect cakes every time. I saw that the previous review said that they had difficulties when removing the cakes from the cups. I have no idea how that could be possible. Perhaps if they tried to take the cakes out before letting them cool...?
If someone has a cupcake (or cupcake-esque) recipe that they would like me to try with these cups, I'd be up for the challenge! :) These cups look great when you set out cakes, in their cute little pastel cups, for Easter, too! 2115|R1LSOL7255TDUZ;2115|R1NNW2UWTAZ7TQ;2115|R15AXBMTGMWABW;
