Far better than the band's hardcore album "Wormwood", "Regeneration of Self" is a metalcore masterpiece. They are actually heavy on the album. The first track Scourge is basically every Christians anthem! Fruitless, wow what a song. My personal fav. track is Scourge, I love the finale of it "SATAN WE RUBUKE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!" Incredible CD from an incredible band who, sadly, broke up, but the left a legacy that hardcore and metal fans will enjoy for generations to come. Definately a must buy.
