Wicked, wicked, wicked!!Ninjaman in his prime was untouchable. The delivery on songs like "Border Clash", "Bible Fulfillment", "Test the High Power" among others cannot be touched and will leave your head spinning. He is easily the greatest spontaneous dancehall DJ ever and the only complete original I've heard. His confidence, sense of timing and hardcore wit are infectious and give a sense of how formidable he is on stage. The earlier songs (Disc 1) show how influential he was on not only today's dancehall artists but the legendary US rapper KRS-One. You hear his style evolve from an advanced take on the dominant '80's DJ'ing approach (think Supercat) to the fierce blazing style he would destroy lyrical opponents with. The riddims, while reflective of the time period ('86-'92) are among the hottest produced back then and will have your body moving. As recent as Xmas 2001 Ninja took back his crown in the big yearly battle down in JA, so he hasn't lost a step. Anything Test Dead!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Legend of the Ninja, October 12, 2001
This review is from: Reggae Anthology: Anything Test Dead (Audio CD)
Ninjaman is without a doubt one of the wikedest dancehall artists ever! In his prime he was untouchable! His lyrical abilty performing live is unrivalled!

Artists like Bounty Killer, Baby Cham etc could not even walk in Ninja's shadow during his prime!

This anthology collects together some of his classic hits such as 'Murder Dem' 'Purmit to Bury' etc.

Recommended for all Ninja fans!
