Product Description
A special gourmet blend, by Tazza D'oro, one of Italy's finest coffee roaster, is made from the best Arabica bean qualities in the world, from Brazil and Central America, grown at over 1800 meters where the atmospheric conditions are perfect. Its smooth chocolate aftertaste and full aroma tempt to savour many times a day. The sduied, ligh espresso roasting process permits to taste even with an american filter. Our cans are all porcelained on the inside to maintain the coffee with the freshness and aroma as if it was just roasted and ground. A selection appreciated from Rome to the US and around the world!

I was so excited to see Tazza D'Oro Caffe' offered on Amazon for such an amazing price, I ordered it on the spot! After one brew, I realized immediately that it was NOT the original blend I enjoyed for years at Rome's Tazza D'Oro bar near the Pantheon, but a much lighter, watered down blend. I will never understand why companies market these items for export, as original. Simply compare Amazon's prices vs. the actual prices from Tazza D'Oro's site plus their ridiculous shipping costs, and one can see why the products are so far apart in quality. I will not be ordering this product again from any other site than the official TD site.

I live in Seattle which of course makes me a coffee expert. I first discovered this coffee on a trip to Italy a few years ago. I bought a couple of pounds at the last minute as a gift for my husband---just to get rid of some Euros. HE LOVED IT. Now I order it for him for Father's Day, his birthday, Christmas, etc. It is amazing.
