This meditation was extremely helpful in reducing pain and creating a sense of relaxation. Several patients have reported that they listen to this meditation while trying to sleep. It was very relaxing and reduced their pain and discomfort level. They have recommended it to others for a generalized state of calmness and pain reduction.
