When I first listened to this CD, I didn't like it. In fact, I didn't get past the first track. But for some reason on another day I decided to give it a second try and I am glad I did! What a wonderful CD! I use it all the time now in my yoga classes! My students enjoy it as much as me. The sounds are not strange or overbearing. The melodies work nicely with an entire yoga class. I'm certainly glad I gave it a second chance!
