Steve's Reiki products are a wonderful gift to the world.

I started my Reiki path with the "traditional" day school and expensive level 1 attunement. Most of the class time was spent on politics and differing "histories" of Reiki. I was surprised at how little of the actual Reiki practice and "hands on" there was.

I had been a natural energy healer for years and some of the stuff that they taught really didn't make sense to me, based on my many successes with energy healing.

So instead of staying for the 2nd say - I bought Steve's 3 books and 4 DVDs (level1, level2, master, and psychic attunements) and loved them. The attunemants are at least as powerful as the in person one I had, and I am VERY sensitive to energy.

After Steve's attunements and books I have a definite "feeling the flow" of Reiki every time I invoke the power.

Steve's books made so much more sense than the "traditional" school to a healer like myself. It is obvious he really understands the energy he works with and the true power of intention.

Receiving the final master symbol is wonderful and I love what it means, "God shine on me, be my friend." I also love the end of the attunement when I not only saw but felt the vortex of light energy flooding down, using my body as the tunnel, from the heavens through me to the earth. The innermost colors were transparent but there was lots of gold, then yellow and some orange and it was all outlined in red. Then there were these silver stars streams projecting out in multi-curving swirls--like streamers at a birthday party and it felt like they were doing a dance of joy looking back on it now. And then, when I was told to reverse the light taking it from the ground back up into heaven, I remember not wanting to but doing it, and it was equally as pleasant however, I must admit at that moment I wanted it to go on for a long time. Experiencing this was truly amazing.

I have enjoyed my journey of healing as I have had a healing gift that I realized was definitely there after I became a mother. I had a hard time with it because when someone I loved was hurt, I'd do a healing on them and it would take just about everything out of me to the point of making me feel sick and depressed--as if I had taken on all their pain. But I would come back around to feeling better that same day. It was so draining though but I "had" to do it. I'm so glad Reiki has found me and I've found Reiki through these dvd's at Amazon, by Steve Murray to know there IS a way to heal that I can help them without exhausting myself but actually healing myself simultaneously! What a find! Thank God! Also I am a nursing student and if I had continued to heal the way I was healing, I would have eventually either burned out or made myself sick for sure.

Since my first Reiki attunement (which was the Psychic one) until now, I have grown in more ways than I can ever say or am probably even capable of expressing anyway. I can tell you that I have experienced a new, fresh, invigorating, spirit-filled, peaceful completeness in my life. A more relaxed and trusting spirit in my heart of, not just myself, but of all those I have loved, love, and will ever love! I've done one "clinical" attunement on someone besides myself since my master attunement and it was so incredible you wouldn't believe. I'll never forget it.

Mr. Murray says the Master Attunement is the most powerful attunement of all. What do I say? It is God who is powerful and I was so happy to hear Steve mention God in this attunement. It has been an enjoyable process, but for me, what I've learned most is what I knew all the time--acknowledging and keeping God in not only the entire process of Reiki, but in my daily walk of life, is the key for me. I truly believe Reiki is just one more of God's boundless means to make His love manifest for all people willing to receive it. He's everywhere and through prayer, and in Reiki in every kind of touch--not just a complete "session" but also the touches we do each day: a handshake, a hug, a pat or rub on the back, and through the eyes as well, especially in a smile. Simple. Universal love. Thank you, Steve for following your heart and sharing Reiki so that we may learn and share it also and spread the power of healing love throughout the universe. o8E

I have been doing hands on healing on and off for nearly 20 years. I took this attunement for the first time 6 months ago (I had Reiki I and II in a local shop and then moved) and have taken it again several times since then. I did my first healing since taking the attunement a few days ago and the energy was amazing....it poured from my palms and shot from my fingertips....I did not even use the symbols for this particular healing. I highly recommend this dvd for your Master attunement if you had training and attunements elsewhere and want to finish up and become a Reiki Master it is perfect and the healing is most wonderful! Steve Murray really knows Reiki.

I received my first degree Reiki attunement in 1991 (traditional Usui) and have used the Reiki energy for healing for over 16 years now. I wanted to receive my 2nd degree and my Master's attunements but could not find a Reiki Master that I wanted to study with. (My original Master left soon after my first attunement and I have been unsuccessful in locating him.)

For me, the attunements are a sacred gift passed in the traditional method from Master to student in an unbroken lineage. I am a Buddhist and an ordained minister and when I found Steve Murray's books and DVDs I was astounded. How could this possibly be? How could someone who is a Reiki Master attune me via DVD?

I purchased the first book, "The Ultimate Reiki Guide" and began reading, I had never seen the symbols before, I have several friends who are Reiki Masters and had always wondered what they were, (the symbols) but I also was very aware of the secrecy surrounding Reiki and never dared ask.

The day I finished the first book, I used the power symbol for the first time. I could actually feel the Reiki moving through my hands just as though I was in the middle of a healing session.

I purchased the Second Degree and Master's Attunement DVDs and received the 2nd degree attunement. During the attunement, I felt a strong energy field pulsing in my third eye and then in my palms. Afterwards, I began sending Reiki to several of my friends, and then called asking them if they felt anything, and they both said that they had felt the energy.

I watched the Master Attunement several days later, and again I felt the strong surge of energy in my hands. I am now using my Reiki in new and wonderful ways sending energy into the past to heal friends and family as Steve shows in his videos.

I am grateful that this Reiki Master healer has chosen to share his gift with the world. His books are an incredible eye-opening encyclopedia on how to use the gift of healing. I highly recommend the books and DVDs and even the healing attunements (music CDs). Thank you again Steve Murray.

I purchased all of Steve Murray's attunements for Reiki 1, 2 and 3 for Reiki Master plus his book and all have been wonderful. I have had wonderful spiritual awakenings and have healed myself along with helping others both locally and long distance. I have even astral traveled several times and have had others say when I send long distance to them they are floating or see visions and had one person astral travel with me one time while channeling reiki to them. I recommend his attunements very highly and also his books and music. Thank you Steve for making these available to us who cannnot receive these attunements in other ways. You are a true Reiki Master in all respects of helping others to grow in their own path in healing and spirituality. Love and Light to you always!

This comprehensive set of guides is an awesome review of Reiki basics with all those little things you may have forgotten over the years.

After reviewing all four books (Reiki Ultimate Guide Volumes 1-3 and Reiki False Beliefs Exposed For All) I found that the sections on psychic sugery (Volume 2) and the entire book(Volume 3) about aura attunements really grabbed my interest the most. I plan on using the aura attunements where I can in my practice, starting with myself. I am also interested in the Reiki Healing Attunements because when I was taught my level 1 and level 2 we didn't really have such things, it was a more hands on, balancing with specific spot healing when needed. I like the approach of using the chakra's and appreciated the layout you gave for the chakra's and their associated physiological areas. Again, very useful. These books and the 3 DVD attunements have totally changed my perspective about my practice of Reiki. I can truly see why you term these volumes as a Toolbox. I would suggest that any serious Reiki Practitioner should read and re-read these as they are definitely applicable to the 'real world' applications of Reiki. Thanks to Steve Murray for his insight in getting these out to the world!

I have bought Steve Murray's book "Reiki The Ultimate Guide" and all three attunement DVD's and have found them to be the answer to my prayers. Steve made the unprecedented decision to offer attunements to the world, either via his DVD's or by phone. This decision has meant many people like myself, a single parent with a small bank balance also have the ability to learn and give Reiki. It has been suggested by some Reiki Masters, that those not attuned in person, are in fact not attuned at all. Well I beg to differ.
My sister gave birth to twins, Tyler and Ethan in August 2003. They were born premature, and while in special care contracted the deadly MRSA virus. Their two week old veins were pumped with every antibiotic, and their recovery hung in the balance, however eventually they both pulled through.
This poor start to life has meant they are susceptible to any viral infections going around, and when one gets ill the other one soon gets it too. Tyler was very ill with a chronic chest infection, it was 3 days before his temperature finally dropped to normal on the Friday. The Saturday I took my Level 2 attunement, which enables you to send distance healing. My sister called me on the Monday to say that Ethan was very poorly with a high fever. That night I sat quietly after my meditation, and sent Reiki to Ethan. I visualised Gods loving light entering and surrounding his little body. The following morning I called my sister to find out how Ethan was, she told me when he woke that morning his fever had gone, he was alert, and was taking fluids and had breakfast. That is the power of Reiki, and the gift that Steve Murray has given me and my family by his selfless generosity in giving Reiki attunements to everyone. God bless you Steve, and thank you.

I am an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and shamanic practitioner. Everyone has the power to heal and none of us need Reiki or any other method to do this. An example of our own healing is power is the placebo effect. Does anyone need to know anything or receive any attunements to heal themselves with their own mind during the placebo effect? I don't teach and I am currently doing energy healing volunteer work so I don't have any financial interests in selling or not selling any books or materials and only offer my experience and opinion for the consideration of others thinking about taking Reiki or purchasing any healing books, DVDs, and training/classes.

I had one on one training from a Karuna Reiki Master. Can you learn such practices from books and DVDs? Sure, but the in person training from someone who has genuine interest in these practices can't be replaced and the ongoing relationship and guidance from the Reiki Master who taught/attuned me has been extremely helpful. Unfortunately not everyone is a good and dedicated teacher and some are caught up in ego and making money rather than being of service to others. And perhaps some have not put in the work to learn what they should to be effective teachers. The person who attuned me through the Reiki levels up to Master has been practicing for 11-12 years and received Karuna training about 8 years ago. Some of the comments about secrecy in Reiki in the customer comments and in Mr. Murray's books are a great shame to me since this is simply not what I was taught. I was not left puzzled about any of the aspects of Reiki and none of the symbols were represented as secret. On the contrary, the Reiki Master taught me that the symbols are available and the purpose of not showing the symbols is a practice of respect not secrecy. It is too bad that apparently some try to make healing practices into something they are not out of misunderstanding or whatever.

I was already able to heal before I took the shamanic workshop and Reiki training/attunements and I am clairvoyant, but was guided to take the Reiki from this particular Reiki Master. Before taking the Reiki Master attunement I was curious about the DVD and purchased it. I didn't feel anything after watching it and receiving the DVD attunement. In the attunements from the Reiki Master I had experiences that simply did not happen with the DVD. Perhaps the fact I could already heal and already have psychic ability affected my experience with the DVD. The distant/DVD attunements probably work, but I feel these attunements are of lesser quality. Perhaps that is why some of the comments from customers are that they feel more power, etc. when they repeat the attunements. I have never had the need to repeat an attunement, but again, because I already possess healing and psychic ability I may different from others regarding the Reiki experience. I know some Reiki Masters have taken classes from other Reiki Masters to learn new techniques, but don't know if repeated attunements do anything extra since the attunements are supposed to last a lifetime. I plan to try the Vol 5 attunements and report of my experience. If you want to try the distance attunement route, Amazon lists some authors who claim they will attune you for free Reiki Healing Made Easy and a search of the internet shows people willing to do distance attunements for $10 and for free on YouTube. You can also search on the subject of Reiki at YouTube to see some related videos.

I have purchased Reiki, The Ultimate Guide volumes 1 & 5 (Reiki The Ultimate Guide Learn Sacred Symbols & Attunements plus Reiki Secrets You Should Know, Reiki the Ultimate Guide Vol. 5 Learn New Psychic Attunements to Expand Psychic Gifts & Healing (Reiki: The Ultimate Guide)) again out of curiosity. The attunements differ from what I was taught from William Lee Rand's books (I didn't see the Master Manual currently listed in ptoduct links) Reiki, the Healing Touch and have read a few other Reiki books. If I were to teach a Reiki class I would William Lee Rand's books since they concentrate more on healing sessions. This is not to say Mr. Murray's books aren't of value. Since I don't teach and have not performed any attunements I cannot comment on the quality of the attunements in Mr. Murray's books. The pictures clearly illustrate Mr. Murray's system and the majority of the books are on the various attunements. I differ with Mr. Murray on some of his teachings/statements; however, overall the books do contain quite a bit of information although some of it is very short especially given the attention to the attunements versus healing sessions. There is little on hand positions for healing sessions and the difference between using touch versus holding the hands above the person receiving the treatment. The explanation of the chakras could be better/fuller and there is no mention of the potential release of kundalini. His section on beaming only shows beaming from the hands. The Reiki Spirit Board is a Ouija board with Reiki symbols on it--not sure why that would even be in the book when you can just buy a Ouija board and put some Reiki energy into it. I haven't done any of the psychic attunements so I can't comment on whether they would expand my psychic abilities. Perhaps there more information on healing sessions, etc. contained in his other books and DVDs. If you want to see some free clips of William Lee Rand's style made available by his publisher Sounds True, search on his name at YouTube and you can watch him give a healing session, etc. These clips were from his kit The Reiki Touch: Complete Home Learning System.

I am a Reiki Master and have used all programs in the series. Very pleased with them. I'm sure some Reiki Masters will not be at one with this attunement program because it let's anybody that is ready to take the Master Attunement, receive it and learn how to use the Master symbol. Some Reiki Masters have charged $500.00 to $10,000 for a Reiki Master attunement. I'm sure this program will cause controversy for that alone. But, as I said before I do not have an ego problem or feel bad about the fee I paid...for my Master Attunement. I hope thousands of people become new Reiki Masters. World would be a much better place.

In early 2005 I read "Reiki: The Ultimate Guide" by Steve Murray, & then I purchased the Reiki Attunement DVDs by the author for Levels 1, 2, & 3 as a set--receiving Levels 1 & 2 in close succession, & then completing the Master Level Attunement in December of 2005. I highly recommend getting all of the materials & doing this as 1 complete program, at your own pace, reading all 3 of the Reiki Guide books, practicing & experimenting as you go, & without skipping any steps in the process. I have used Steve Murray's entire Reiki program (3 Reiki Attunement DVDs/3 Reiki Guide books) - & after working with Reiki for just over 1 year, the entire landscape of my spiritual life has subtley yet completely changed for the better. The number of things that you will become empowered to influence for the better with Reiki is limited only by your creative vision & sense of possibilities.

Steve Murray has an excellent talent for simplifying & clarifying what can be an intensely abstract & complex topic, making the material easily understood & assimilated by the neophyte. His delivery comes from a practical, straightforward standpoint--with none of the elitism that often plagues this field. The goal of Murray's 3 book Reiki Guide, as with the corresponding Attunement videos, is to prepare you with the essentials in order to get you up & running with Reiki quickly. Thus enabling you to become Attuned to Reiki & to start working with it immediately. And I can verify first hand that it can & will do exactly that. Murray delivered what he promises, & I was able to obtain tangible results very quickly. Reiki "tech support" is made available by e-mail by the instructor himself, & because the Attunements can be replayed & received anytime, you receive in effect a "portable Reiki Master". So far as I know, there is no other Attunement by distance program quite like this one out there. All of Murray's materials have been money well spent. This has truly changed me, at a very fundamental level. I am able to apply & make use of what I was given with increasing skill, & I've got what I paid for.

If you have already taken Steve Murray's Attunements by video & were left curious or confused about what it was he was actually doing during your Attunement process--the books in the "Reiki: The Ultimate Guide" series will show you in very clear verbal & pictorial step-by-step detail exactly what the author was doing behind the scenes in order to attune you to Reiki. It also explains & visually depicts what steps you will need to take to pass on Reiki Attunements, should you eventually choose to become a Reiki Master yourself. Unlike any other author, Murray pulls out all the stops & lets you "look around inside the machine" to see Reiki from the inside. I have yet to see this same material presented or this approach taken in any other Reiki teachings available. It is a one of a kind, unique program.

If you have received the 1st &/or 2nd Level Reiki Attunement--I strongly recommend that you read all of the books in the set & complete Murray's entire program from start to finish. You can do amazing things with 2nd Level Reiki, & manifest healings that you might not even be aware that you've accomplished until well into the future when the results solidify & really take shape. But you will find that your ability to channel Reiki becomes amplified & that your work takes place on a higher level after you receive the Master Level. I replayed Murray's "Psychic Attunement", & then replayed the Level 1 & 2 Attunements, before receiving the 3rd Level Attunement for the first time--& the spiritual experience *absolutely floored* me.......... Others may want to space replaying these videos out over time, because the overall effect was extremely INTENSE...(& a lot of fun!) Many changes were immediate, many were more gradual, unfolding over time--but the overall feeling was that it took everything that I had been doing with Reiki to a higher, qualitatively different level of intensity. The abilities I already had became more pronounced, & new abilities began to arrive on the horizon. If you are like me, there are new things that you will not even read about that you may find yourself able to do. Your results will be unique to you, but some of the more interesting include a heightened medical intuition during scanning, the sense of where Reiki is going in the body, & the receipt of direct knowledge while channeling Reiki. I keep a notebook with me while I work now to write things down, because what I receive has borne out. Looking back, the effect of these Attuments has been a lot like opening gifts & receiving surprises on Christmas morning... I would not trade this experience for the world. And because of my limited geographic location, I could have accomplished this no other way than through this program.

The following is just a brief list of what I have been able to accomplish in the past year:
I have practiced Byosen scanning; beaming Reiki from a short distance; channeling Reiki directly to affected areas both physically & to affected layers in the aura; aura cleansing; environmental clearing & protection; clearing psychic debris; channeling Reiki to people by way of pictures, name cards, & by symbolic representative (like the teddy bear in the 2nd video), charging physical objects with Reiki (crystals, gifts, legal documents, etc.), & successfully navigated the upheaval of significant healing crises. I have used Reiki on myself, quite extensively on my cat to help manage multiple chronic health issues, channeled to people not present by long distance healing, as well as to a large ongoing Reiki List. My scanning ability is strong & developing along with & ahead of the others, & I have discovered a inherent knack for "medical intuition" as well as a sense of where Reiki goes in the body when invoked with the Distance Symbol. I also invoke the Reiki symbols & simply meditate in the presence of the energy on a regular basis. Perhaps resulting in the sudden & complete lifting of a severe seasonal depression that otherwise would not have relented until mid Spring without medical intervention. There is one fatal illness I have dilligently treated with Reiki that, applied in conjunction with regular medicine & prayer, has since gone into complete remission. That alone was worth the price of admission...because there is no price I can place on a life.

One thing I can't say enough good about is working with the Reiki Distance Symbol to send Reiki across any distance or time span, which you'll receive in the 2nd Level Attunement. Sending Reiki to people/situations/creatures/objects in the past, present, & future has been like putting money in the bank. I use this symbol in conjunction with the others while working with my Reiki List, & I successfully sent healing to myself into the future to help prepare for a specific upcoming stressful event. When the major event finally arrived--even though I was too frazzled to practice Reiki at the time--I realized that the energy I'd been sending to prepare myself many months in advance was surrounding me when the time finally arrived. It's strange to talk about, but I suspect I may have literally saved my own life by sending Reiki back to myself a few years ago into the past. I didn't even know what that energy was or recognize its source back then, but I certainly do recognize it now...it was actually sent by me. Working with my list, I have also intuitively determined 2 recipients believed to be alive to actually be deceased during my post-session scanning, who after researching their whereabouts, I discovered had in fact passed away. I don't know where this ability came from, I didn't read about the technique anywhere, but it led me to determine the fate of an old friend.

Reiki has become a part of the fabric of my life, & I've used it in some form almost every day since receiving the Master Attunement, & on days when I don't...I feel that something essential is missing. The more I work with this energy, the more successes roll in with time, & the more they multiply, dovetail, & build on each other as I go. With a mustard seed of faith, & that is all I went into this with, you can move mountains with Reiki. And it is so beautifully simple because you don't have to do all of this work by yourself--the Source of The Universal Life Force Energy will do the work for you. All you have to do is have an open mind, a willing heart, patient hands, & a dilligent focus. This is the most awesome thing I have accomplished in years--& my success can be yours. To be honest, there have been so many successes, both great & small, it's become hard to remember them all.

On one final note, know that you will not need to alter your religious beliefs to practice Reiki. The author does not use teaching Reiki as a forum to promote his own spiritual belief system. You will not find the "Just in case YOU don't have your own opinion/philosophy--here's MINE!" approach to spirituality foisted on you anywhere in this program...which has become so gratingly common in this day. Throughout my spiritual journeys, I have maintained my Christianity--& the practice of Reiki has become an adjunct to my prayer life. If you "Pray like everything depends on God--& work like everything depends on you," as the saying goes--then the application of Reiki quickly becomes a natural & integral part of your faith. And ultimately, your spiritual being.
