Not Traditional Reiki
I expected that this book was a compilation of Reiki meditational techniques that were derived from the traditional Reiki and dealt with expanding consciousness. I was wrong. In "Reiki Mystery School" Karyn Mitchell delves deeply into the healing art of Reiki and related mysteries. Written from the heart, and building on the wisdom revealed in her previous two books "Beyond the Usui System" and "Reiki: A Torch in Daylight", this book contains much more than the mere descriptions found in most Reiki books. A superb and well-written book for anyone on the path. Highly recommended.

I expected that this book was a compilation of Reiki meditational techniques that were derived from the traditional Reiki and dealt with expanding consciousness. I was wrong. This book is yet another personal adaptation of Reiki by a Western Practitioner with a trademark and copyright symbol.The quality of the information is only fair and the presentation of the book is a sub-standard printing. I would not recommend this book to a serious Reiki student.
