This book was originally published as Discovering Your Past Lives. The author introduces us to our past lives through our own meditation, the methods of which are explained in this book step by step. Practicing meditation described here such as a rainbow one is so powerful that it must be helpful in searching for our past lives. Although these practices will take enormous time and not be so easy, I believe they will bring myself a lot of incredible stories about my past. Besides, I'm sure the author understands the spiritual world very precisely, which is especially shown in the latter half of this book. Her thought is not distorted by any particular religious belief.
