This is the only book I could find that gives clear and practical information on career development and life balance concerns for people my age. All the other books on the market focus on people more than half my age. Author Sandra Davis introduces a life balance model called the Four Circles of Life (work, learning, play, relationships). She then helps us incorporate information from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory into this model. I've never read a more clear way to do this. The book included lots of fun exercises and is written in language that everyone can understand.
