This alarm clock is easy to use and I like that you can choose from 3 different alarm sounds and two volumes. I also like its compact size so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the nightstand.

I bought this for my mother who is legally blind...really helps her since she can't read a clock...easy for her to feel the buttons rather than see/read them. The clock is very reasonably priced and works quite well...I would recommend it.

Sound is not loud enough to hear over noise, the room has to be quiet in order to hear what time it is.

its so easy to use and really loud. i bought this clock because its really hard for me to wake up for some reason.. as soon as i hear the rooster sound i immediatly get up now!

I sent an email to the seller explaining the problems with the clock that I purchased and there was no response from the seller. The clock voice which announces each hour can not be understood. You can make out the am or pm but not the hour. The seller's exclusions make it near impossible to return the item.

I have owned one of these clocks for three years until I dropped it and broke it. Since I have really liked this clock, I immediately ordered a replacement. The replacement came in ten days, but was deffective. I then entered in to a cumbersome process with the dealer in which they sent me a return envelope (took two weeks) and I am now awaiting the exchange. Overall, it has been over six weeks and I still don't have an alarm clock. The problem could have been solved with better quality control from the start.

The clock was fine for what it did and it was probably my fault for not realizing what it wouldn't do. My mother-in-law was looking for a clock that would tell her the time and date. This one only told the time. I ended up purchasing a different Reizen talking clock that did both things.

Bought it for an elderly relative (legally blind) who is very happy with it. She also has moderate hearing loss, wears a hearing aid as necessary, but can hear the clock just fine. Others have said the volume is too low, but it would probably only be too quiet for someone with heavy hearing loss.

The one flaw that I see is that it does not have an automatic way to disable the hourly announcement at night. Some of the others I looked at have this feature. Other than that, she is extremely happy with it.

My mom loves this little clock! It's small enough she can carry it around with her from room to room. She doesn't have to search for a button to push and it is a soft female voice that is not frightening. What a difference it has made for her to not have to rely on others to tell her the time.

everything is perfect except the label fell off and i have to scotch tape it to remind myself what is alarm off.
