I saw the commercials and wanted to try this and see how it fared compared to the diet patch, the avon mist and many other products that claim to beat the fat and stress.

The pills are easy to swallow, and should be taken three times a day, but I no longer do that since it costs a bundle for one month's supply.

The plus for Relacore is that you do not necessarily have to take with meals, so you can do on an empty stomach and have no ill effects. I can attest to this, where with the One A Day weight smart I felt sick when taken without a meal.

The mood enhancer seems to work on this, as I feel better, but it does not do much in way of stopping cravings or working on the stubborn belly fat.

Do not even bother buying one of those undergarments touted as making you look like you have no belly fat, they are a waste of money too. Dexatrim so far works the best for me. The Avon spray that is to curb your appetite does not work either.

The makers of Relacore do say to use this and exercise, so who is to know which is working on the areas that need trimming.

I will not buy another bottle.

I am a 20 year old female who before I began taking the Relacore weighed about 140-145 pounds, size 7/8, 5'5.As soon as I began taking the relacore I felt at ease in situations in which i would normally stress out. I also found myself snacking less and less with little to no desire for sweets and chips. At time i had to make myself eat a meal because my once ravenous appetite was diminished. I can not put on jeans that i have not been able to wear in over 9 months! And I have not even finished my first bottle. I do recommend however to take the recommended dose of 2 pills 3 times a day. i also take Vitalert multivitamins that aid in energy and weight loss. They run about $8.99 at Wal-Mart. Overall I am very pleased- it is always nice when your boyfriend even notices how much better you look in your jeans. I can now wear jeans that are a 28 inch waist and my size 6 pants come off w/o even unbuttoning them!
