5.0 out of 5 stars Every pastor needs to get this to his/her people!
This book is a "must" for ministers. It will help you, and help your people. Christians tend to forget their pastors are, according to Ephesians, "gifts" and this book presents a very balanced approach to the relationship a church member should have with their leadership. Buy several copies and give them to your members!

1.0 out of 5 stars False Teacher
Mark T Barclay is a false teacher with incorrect exegesis of the bible. I have been through his courses at SMTI and can tell you that by first had experience. He is not orthodox and doesn't care anything about protestant christianity.

5.0 out of 5 stars This book is ABSOLUTELY LIFECHANGING!, October 24, 2005
This book is amazing! This is a topic that must be taught in churches today! So many Christians short-change themselves of blessings by not understanding the role of their Pastor. I recommend this book for ALL Christians! I am a Pastor, and It has not only been a blessing to my congregation, but for me as well. This book really contains the keys to open the floodgates of unity and anointing within a congregation!

This book is awesome. Much needed for the body of Christ today. Many people do not know what a gift they have in their Pastor and how to properly treat/honor him.
