This book was very easy to read and very informative. Like many of theses "selling" books the aucthor had the problem of over simplyfing several issues, however I still learned alot. I can honestly say, I am a much better and more confident sellsman today because of this book, which I guess was its purpose.

Very good to use. Some of the information they include are no-brainers but it's nice to be reminded of it. Also, it includes situational stories that are great for class discussions.

Although the product arrived at a good time,
I later realized that they sent me the wrong edition of the book.
I needed the 11th edition (which is the one in the picture) and I received the 6th edition.

Now that my classes have started, you can imagine what kind of inconvenience this is causing me.
Not only did I pay a lot for this book, but now I have to re-order the RIGHT one.

Approximately $88 wasted.

I just started an online class on Thursday, so when I ordered the book wednesday night and got it by friday I was happy! But when I opened it and learned it was the 5th edition of the Abc's of relationship selling, I was very disappointed! I needed the 11th edition. When I was ordering I made sure i ordered the 11th edition and each edition has a different cover I made sure the picture of the cover was the 11th edition. The fact the book is over 10 years old is no good, at least some of the assignments are the same and some of the material! I will be returning this asap and will make sure that I am getting the 11th edition.

this book was exactly the way described by the seller. the seller also got it shipped to me very fast
