There come times in my life when I'm sick and tired of doing the same old thing and experiencing the same old thing, and I'm ready to move or change. I was ready to make a change for how I am in my relationships to others and myself.

In his book, Relationships, I found that John-Roger goes directly to the issues whether it's about sex, sexuality, communicating,day-to-day stuff between husbands, wives, partners, kids. To me this is a book for those who really want to to experience rich, fulfilling, fun, loving and even exciting relationships, not just read or talk about them. When I worked the techniques in this book, I changed and so did my relationships. As I followed along with John-Roger, I started to see how the relationships around me were reflecting how I act with and towards myself. Though I knew this as an intellectual idea, I had the chance to test out the simple, yet profound directions given by John-Roger and see my relationships start to reflect more loving, honesty, free give and take. Buy this book - it's like taking an e-ticket ride in life!

I'm not even half way through this book and after reading just the first chapter the advice he gives is so clear and makes total sense. I would recommend anyone to read this book if they are looking for healthy change in their relationships with themselves and others.

I have read this book 2 or 3 times. I truly feel it should be required reading for everyone, especially people who want to get married, be in a romantic relationship or be a parent. It is full of the most common sense (that's really not so common) suggestions about how to have joyful harmonious relationships with your significant other, friends, family and yourself with loving, honoring and respect. If people read this book and abided by the principles in it, it would be a totally different world. Essential.
