I was very impressed with this book. If you are in a relationship, just got out of one, or looking for ways to make your future relationship better than your last, this book is a great read. If you are in a seriuos relationship, this book is great to go over with your mate, to make sure the both of you right right for eachother. This book is also great because you can also see your flaws, so you can pray to God and work on them. If you want to have a healthy, balanced relationship, read this book!!!

I just picked up this book to browse through it. I have been married for 25 years and I have children 18 and 21. I was interested in this book for them. I was very impressed with the content and how practical it is. In particular, he has one of the best descriptions of the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships..."It's not a good sign"...things that occur in relationships that are missed unless you know to look for them (we see what we know to see). I also like his description of infatuation vs. love. "Infatuation could lead you to do things you might regret...Love won't".

Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I are going through this book together. It's a really good book for couples who are wanting a book that will help them explore their relationship and grow with God. It is a real "learning" book--it causes us to learn so much about each other. Lots of questions. A great book.

So much of dating is light and fluffy and so much of life is hard and heavy. My wife and I read close to a dozen books before we were married and this book took our relationship deeper than the other 11 compbined. Dr. Wright hits the nail on the head over and over and gives the reader the opportunity to ask questions of their significant other that most would never think of asking until married and by then could be in for a terrible surprise. What I appreciated the most about this book is it provided my wife and I the chance to discuss very delicate topics without actually being in the middle of them. As a result we could discuss them dispassionately and openly. If you are seriously dating someone and considering engagement, READ THIS BOOK!
