I have three yoga nidra CD's and this is now my favorite. Steve's voice is extremely relaxing, the sequence is beautifully presented and the music adds just the right touch, but not too much. I lent it to my mother after the loss of my father and she said it saved her during the times when she could not relax. I am a mother and teacher and I use it whenever I can to recharge my batteries. I am thankful to have this CD!

I love the voice that enables me to unwind quickly. I specially found the guidance provided in the cd to be useful in helping me get into and remain in the meditative state. The cd leaves me deeply relaxed each time I listen to it. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a tool to relieve stress from their daily lives.

This is the best relaxation cd I have tried. I am a very busy mom and just need some down time. I can easily fit in the 15 minute segment when the kids are sleeping.

I travel a lot internationally and often find myself waiting in frustrating queues, sitting in airports for planes that take forever, or just being treated badly by clerks and officials. Steve Wolf's relaxation CD is the perfect medicine these hellish situations. His CD enables me to re-establish contact with my genuine self and find inner joy and peace in even the most irritating situations.

What's particularly significant is that once you go through his yoga nidra practice a few times, you get to "know" the feeling of relaxation that it generates and so you can summon up the feeling at will, even without listening to the whole tape. Great relaxaton Cd! I love the tone of the voice on recording and background music. I use it during the day when my energy level is really low. It helps me to rejuvenate. I intend to use it on regular basis. Great buy!

I purchased this cd a while back and love it so much, I listen frequently and even take it with me when I travel to help me sleep. I also purchased a copy for friend who was recovering from a cancer reccurence. She went to Johns Hopkins Hospital for follow up surgery and while she was getting prepped for surgery the oncology nurse put on this cd to help prep her for the procedure....how awesome is that!! It made her day so much easier - she said it was like having an old friend right next to her.....

So few things in life have such a beautiful circle of peace and breath.....this is one cd you will never regret purchasing!! Enjoy!!

I encourage the teachers to purchase the CD and then emulate Steve's pacing, tone of voice, and content. His voice is soothing and unpretentious, and you will feel as if he is right there with you.
