About the Author
Marneta Viegas has run her own children's entertainment business for 10 years, and is co-founder of the BlueTree Theater Company. BlueTree's shows are based on self esteem and values for schools and are in huge demand. She has appeared at venues ranging from Buckingham Palace to working with street children in India. She also runs a business 'Relax Kids' that teaches children relaxation and meditation. She lives in London, England, and has also published Relax Kids; Aladdin's Magic Carpet.

Gorgeous Book with Beautiful Meditations,

I am a yoga teacher and I teach a class for families (kids and adults participate together.) This book is perfect for leading the relaxation at the end of class. The guided imagery is beautiful, and appropriate for all ages. The messages are very peaceful, relaxing, and calming. It would also be a great book for families to share at bedtime!

My 8-year old has trouble settling down for the night. She says so many thoughts are running through her head, she can't sleep (even after we read together!) This book has made the task of calming herself so much easier - and she loves it. I tracked it down in the UK and it was well worth the price.

As a children's yoga instructor and elementary teacher I use this book as a relaxation tool. The imagery is wonderful and the children often want another story. I often add more detail to lenghten the stories.
