If you are looking for a relaxing CD to set a mood and not put you to sleep or into a deep state of meditation this CD does that. Truly the perfect listening experience for reading and relaxing. I even have used it in heavy traffic to calm the vibration of my car and improve the overall driving experience without risk of getting tired. A "Worth Buying CD" for sure.
