I am always looking for CDs to use when I want to go to sleep and really relax. This selection is very good to relax with , either sitting and listening or for peace and quiet to lull you to sleep. Because it is a Readers Digest product , you know it will be good quality and can be trusted. It lives up to it's title. Try it for good listening and perhaps good sleeping. Great buy because there are four CDs and well worth the money.

I like 2 of the Cds. The other two not so much but over all I think it is a good buy.
