I bought this video I was kind of skeptical because of all the over board claims. However it is an excellent video. The routine is just enough for a beginner to intermediate. Pavel is funny and more importantly gives very simple instructions. I have tried Yoga and other types of stretching exercises. I am the type that needs some clear simple moves to follow. This fit the bill.

Some people have reviewed Pavel really harsh. I can see where they are coming from. BUT the important thing to remember is his method DOES work. He gives great tips on how to be more effective. Sure other methods work too, he isn't the only guy out there. I have noticed my flexiblity improve in a short time.
