Relaxation, Imagery & Meditation: Healing Practices to Complement Cancer Treatment
This is my favorite from all of the wonderful Carolyn McManus Meditation CDs, the one that I cannot live without! Although this CD is by its title dedicated to complement cancer treatments, I see it as essential for anyone in the midst of any long-term health condition. Who doesn't need to strengthen the immune system, to learn to progressively relax their body, and relax the mind? I found the last meditation, the Loving Kindness Meditation, to be of great benefit as I learn to love myself and further direct my meditation to benefit all of my healthcare team and then to all who have cancer. The background harp music by Stella Benson is an added bonus. I am a breast cancer survivor.
